JAYCEE FIT CLUB EVENTS
 
Jaycee Fit Club is a healthy lifestyle initiative for 2011 with one goal:  to create healthier Jaycees.  We will be bringing you nutrition and fitness tips, as well as activities that will get you moving!  This page will provide you with information regarding some of those activities.  Some are Jaycee events, some are just activities that are going on in our area.

A 5k walk/run to benefit the Salvation Army of Randolph County.  5:30pm.  Bicentennial Park, Asheboro
 May 7 Jaycee Fit to Lead 5k - Cary

Inaugural 5k run/walk benefiting HOBY-NC East.  Starts at 9am at the Wake Med Soccer Park in Cary.  Hosted by the Raleigh Jaycees.    There will also be a 1 mile Fun Run at 10:30am for children. www.fittolead5k.org

  May 7  5k Health Run/Fitness Walk and Smile Mile - Asheboro

5k run/walk starting at Memorial Park.  Hosted by the Randolph Road Runners.    There will also be a 1 mile for children.  www.randolphroadrunners.org
